Brad has experience in both trial and appellate practice. His appellate experience includes assisting in and handling appeals before the intermediate appellate courts of Texas, the Supreme Court of Texas, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He has also presented oral argument to the First Court of Appeals at Houston, Texas. His trial experience includes assisting trial counsel with pre-trial briefing, arguing legal issues to the court, drafting the jury charge, and filing post-judgment motions. Brad has handled cases involving a variety of matters such as negligence and general personal injury, products liability, commercial litigation, contracts and construction cases, and insurance coverage.
