Tod is a trial lawyer.  He has extensive trial experience in contract, insurance, and personal injury cases involving products liability, construction, transportation, and the railroad industry.  Tod is also the author of several articles and continuing legal education papers, including Post-Easterwood Analysis of Federally Preempted Speed Issue Cases (or When You Get a Lemon, Make Lemonade), Proceedings, Third International Symposium on Railroad-Highway Grade Crossing Research and Safety, Transportation Center, University of Tennessee, 1994. In 2008, Tod was included in Law & Politics’ list of Texas Super Lawyers ®.
