David maintains a diverse civil litigation practice in both trial and appellate matters. While at the court of appeals, he gained experience in analyzing procedural and substantive issues arising at all levels of litigation, making recommendations to the judges and drafting opinions for the consideration of the Court. Since joining the firm, he has used his experience to draft pre- and post- trial motions, assist with trials in state and federal court, and draft or revise briefs for civil appeals in Texas courts of appeals and the Texas Supreme Court.
