Harvey handles personal injury, commercial litigation and appeals and also serves as a mediator and arbitrator. He has a broad range of experience in virtually every type of civil litigation other than family law. Harvey is a frequent speaker at continuing legal education seminars on a variety of topics, including expert witness and evidentiary issues. He is also frequently retained by other attorneys to assistance them on various complex legal issues. From 2003-2006 and for 2008, Harvey has been included in Law and Politics’ list of Texas Super Lawyers ®.
